Simulate Email is a web based inbox simulation tool inspired by Gmail that helps sales and outreach professionals evaluate how their emails appear within a busy executive's inbox. The goal is to provide context around how messages compete for attention among other emails.
Problem
Outreach emails are often written and reviewed in isolation, without considering how they appear alongside competing messages in a crowded inbox. As a result, it can be difficult to assess whether an email will stand out, capture attention, or be overlooked when placed in a real-world context.
Solution
Simulate Email recreates a realistic inbox environment that mimics a busy executive's email feed, allowing users to preview how their message competes visually and contextually with other emails. By placing content within this simulated setting, users can evaluate subject lines, formatting, and positioning to better understand how their email stands out before sending.
